This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on (date) by and between Cal Beckwith, hereinafter referred to as the “Photographer,” and (client name), hereinafter referred to as the “Client.”

1. Services
The Photographer agrees to provide photography services for (type of session: wedding, engagement, family, portrait, event, etc.) on (event date) at (event location).

2. Payment Terms
- The total amount for services is (total agreed amount).
- A deposit of 25% of the total amount or $250 (whichever is less) is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is due by 11:59pm on the session date.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Client-initiated cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in a charge of 25% of the agreed amount.
- Unforeseen cancellations (e.g., illness, weather, emergencies) will incur no penalty, and rescheduling may be possible but is not guaranteed due to the Photographer’s availability.
- Photographer cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will result in a full refund of all monies paid.

4. Deliverables & Timeline
- The Client will receive the best selection of edited images from the session.
- Delivery will be via Digital Gallery or Google Drive.
- Estimated delivery timelines are:
  - Portraits, engagements, family, senior photos, small events: 5-10 business days
  - Weddings: 15-30 business days

5. Usage Rights
- The Client is granted a personal license to use, print, and share the photos for non-commercial purposes.
- The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.
- The Photographer reserves the right to use the photos for portfolio, website, commercial, and social media purposes.

6. Travel & Additional Fees

- Additional 25% charge for rush services for delivery (within 3 business days).
- A $100 travel fee applies for sessions located more than 45 minutes from Colorado Springs, CO.
- Extra time beyond the agreed-upon session length will incur $150 per additional 30 minutes.
- A $200 emergency session fee applies to last-minute bookings within 48 hours of the shoot.

7. Liability
The Photographer is not responsible for:
- Acts of nature, accidents, or uncontrollable conditions that may impact the outcome of the photoshoot.
- Client delays or no-shows.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or data loss, the Photographer’s liability shall be limited to the return of all monies paid.

8. Agreement
